I have been a firm believer of WW since I lost 50 lbs doing it in 2009!
Last year I got pregnant and gained 45 lbs. I had my baby in November 2010 and now I am trying to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight... I only have 14lbs to go but for the past month my weight lost has stopped completly ! I have never worked so hard for it (not even when I lost 50 lbs) I keep track of everything I eat and work out everyday for at least an hour! Why isn't my body reacting to it? This is starting to affect me psycologically, i dont want to become demotivated!
What can be wrong?

Maybe you're at the new point level since you lost so much weight. I remember when I had to eat 1 or 2 points less because I dropped down a level. Those 2 points were hard for me to adjust to!

HI, got back into EP today after having been quite successful (42 lbs lost) on WW since Feb. I would love to talk it up with those of you continuing WW and blogging in EP. I also use the WW site under sistahsunflower...friend me!!!
