Ive done WW back in the day.. but now I live in Africa and there are No WW or any other support group around. So Im trying to do the points system by myself... but its hard to stay motivate... and although I cook all my own normal food - there are no points for some of the food i eat here... anyway... joining extra pounds was a new way am trying to get motivated. Im moving back to the States this summer... and need to be thinner.

While you are there why don't you try the simply filling technique.  There is a list of foods that you eat from.  You can eat 35 points from other foods but you don't have to, the 35 points is weekly.  While eating from the list of filling foods you watch portions and how hungry you are.  Stop eating when you are satisfied not full.

HI, got back into EP today after having been quite successful (42 lbs lost) on WW since Feb. I would love to talk it up with those of you continuing WW and blogging in EP. I also use the WW site under sistahsunflower...friend me!!!
