Hi I just joined today and I just started taking the HCG shots my DR gave me-- I take them 3 times a week and so far I have lost about 6 lbs in my first week.

My Dr said that the shots work best but if the drops work for you awesome!..... I can also get the Phentermine (sp) but am scared to try it...
 
Any advice?
