I have done it twice.  The first time I did the shots and the phen.  The docs will tell you that it will give you energy.  Which is true but not like " I can run a marathon energy" more like I am awake.  The first time I had I would go to bed at 1am and wake up at 4am feeling refreshed.  Sometimes I would fight so hard to make myself go back to sleep.   I walked, did a 15 min aerobic tape and a light weight routine every night.  Eventually I lost 30 pounds.  I stopped taking the pills and kept the weight off until I lost my job, moved back home and started up with the bad habits.  That was 3 years ago.  Plus I gained back 20 of the pounds I had lost.

This time I am not doing the shots.  Just the pills and so far I have lost 15 pounds.  The pills don't keep me up as much.  Now I go to bed like at 11pm wake up refreshed at 3am but I go back to sleep until about 5 or 6am.  So at least I'm not late for work anymore.  But I say go for it.  You can substitute the b-12 shot for the pills.  Good luck !

In order not to get constipated you have to drink ALOT of water. Make sure you try to get a little bit more fiber in your meals as well. Your stool still may not be soft, formed, and S shaped like it's supposed to, but atleast you'll be able to go!

I am sure this question has been asked , but I am new on here and not sure where I can find a question and answer search. But I would like to know how long does the phentermine stay in the blood. I don't want it showing up in blood tests. Thanks

Just joined. hi all! i has mah phentramine from my doc. so can anyone give me an idea as to a diet that doesnt include fish or much beef? ty for the help.

BeverlyJo, I am very suspicious of drugs sold over the internet. My dr. wrote me a script for phen. since my blood pressure was okay, he was happy to do it !
