I missed my last appointment to have my phen prescription refilled and I wasn't able to get an appointment until 1 1/2weeks from today.  Since I have missed taking phen for the past 3 days I've notice that I have gained 3 pounds and I am sooo tired.  I do know I need to up my water and veggie intake but when I take phen I can wake up with no problems and the weight seems to fall just fall off.   I don't want to continue being tired, and once I get to my goal weight I don't want to be dependent on phen.  Is there a way to pep up w/o taking the pills?  Is this a sign of phen withdrawl?

Good question I have been wondering the same thing. I have only been on phen for two weeks and I feel like I have an amazing amount of energy and will power. I know this just does not last forever.

you have to slowly get yourself off phen. once you start to get your weight off you must then take phen maybe every other day. get up your exercise watch your eating habits until you can control your weight. you may gain some weight back but it should not exceed 5lbs.

I used phen for the first three weeks everyday (37.5mg).  Then I started taking it every other day, and then half a pill every other day.  I've noticed when I go without taking it for a few days I'm very, very tired!  It takes a couple of days for that effect to wear off.  Then when I start again, it feels like I'm taking phen for the first time.

Hi, have you tried taking Vitamin B-12? Also, how much have you been eating and what you eat can sometimes cause fatigue or energy.   I've been off phen for a month now entirely (I still have a full bottle) because I am one who struggles with weight.  The biggest thing is to make sure you keep eating the same caloric restrictions you had (I think under 1200-1400 is good.  Under is too little but it's my opinion).  Also, make sure you are taking a vitamin supplement.  I have found one from One Source (I think that's what it's called) that has Green tea in it helps me with energy.  All together I've lost over 100 pounds.  Since I started Phen in April (much of the time I have skipped 3 weeks each month (so i always have a month supply for just in case I need them) I have lost .  I also have a few eating disorders that I have worked through.  The biggest thing about fatigue is you may still have some amounts, you just have to fight through them.  Try to keep some exercise routine going.  I tell you weighed 244 in April to 190 now feels like a tremendous difference.  I understand the fatigue I really do (I have hypothyroidism and a toddler) but know that I have to most days fight through the fatigue.  Also, go to the doctor and make sure there isn't an underlying cause of your fatigue.

My doctor reccommends taking a multivitamin before bed it will work better because the body can absorb it completely.  This keeps me with less fatigue during the day.  In a few weeks I will start b12 shots once a week this is part of my diet program. Calories should be under 1500 a day divided in 6 mini meals.  Thats not hard because phen keeps stops my appetite. Good luck

In order not to get constipated you have to drink ALOT of water. Make sure you try to get a little bit more fiber in your meals as well. Your stool still may not be soft, formed, and S shaped like it's supposed to, but atleast you'll be able to go!

I am sure this question has been asked , but I am new on here and not sure where I can find a question and answer search. But I would like to know how long does the phentermine stay in the blood. I don't want it showing up in blood tests. Thanks

BeverlyJo, I am very suspicious of drugs sold over the internet. My dr. wrote me a script for phen. since my blood pressure was okay, he was happy to do it !
