Hey Clara, hope your doing well. 

Just wanted to say hi, and depending the weight you need to lose I would definately go with the adipex!   I take the generic, phentermine, I've been taking it since April and i've lost almost 40 lbs.  Some people lose more than that, but i had those last 40 to 50 lbs that needed a little persuading.  Along with the phentermine i did slimfast, sometimes it was alot easier to drink something than to try to eat something.  I wish you the best of luck!!  It also helped to keep a blog page just to see how your doing.

Well I have 40lbs. to lose, so maybe this will do the trick....I am also drinking Slim Fast to replace 2 meals, I am not following the recomended plan though I am trying to stick witk 800 calories...Did you follow the SF plan? If not what did you do?

I didn't really go by the plan.  I would drink 2 shakes a day and would eat a little something every two hours.  I made sure that I was getting enough protein troughout the day.

In order not to get constipated you have to drink ALOT of water. Make sure you try to get a little bit more fiber in your meals as well. Your stool still may not be soft, formed, and S shaped like it's supposed to, but atleast you'll be able to go!

I am sure this question has been asked , but I am new on here and not sure where I can find a question and answer search. But I would like to know how long does the phentermine stay in the blood. I don't want it showing up in blood tests. Thanks

Just joined. hi all! i has mah phentramine from my doc. so can anyone give me an idea as to a diet that doesnt include fish or much beef? ty for the help.

BeverlyJo, I am very suspicious of drugs sold over the internet. My dr. wrote me a script for phen. since my blood pressure was okay, he was happy to do it !
