I don't know what to do. I had a baby 6mo. ago. I am so stressed lately half the time all I want to do is cry. I quit smoking when I got pregnant and I am trying not to start again. When I get stresses out I used to smoke and now I eat. I know that but I don't know how to stop. I have such low self esteem. I weigh more now that when I went in to have my son. I quit breast feeding 3 months ago and gained almost 30 pounds. I feel like I'm loosing all control. I have tried everything I feel like there is no way out.

To bbabydoll. Its great that you can recognise what is happening. I have had 2 babies, so I know it is not easy, no matter what anyone else would like you to believe! It is really difficult trying to fit exercise and meals around a baby, as they tend to come first. If you have not been smoking for several months, that is fantastic! If you take it up again, you may be trading one problem for another? Not sure where your fitness is, but try to find things you can do with your son, just going for a walk doesn't seem much, but being active will make you feel so much better and lead to better choices with the foods you eat and then you can move up to more strenuous things as your son gets older. Dont lose hope.

All that stands between you now and the person you want to be is time.

bbabydoll I have 5 kids ages 24 yrs to 11 yrs.  and stress makes you gain weight.  I stopped smoking with my pregnancy and it creates even more stress and weight gain.  Smoking again won t take the weight away it will only be worse.  Talk to your doctor and see if adipex can help, Wellbutrin SR is a drug that is normally used to treat depression and seasonal affective disorder, but has also known to be used to help people stop smoking by being able to minimize withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Some of its effects is you loose weight.  Overall, you need to sit back and create a plan to organize house work, job, baby needs and partner needs.  You will see the difference when you set daily goals weekly meal plans.  In my case i have 2jobs and cook dinner by 7 am.  Wash 2 days a week  go to volleyball and little league baseball practice and games.  Dad works 6 days a wk 10 hrs a day. In order not to get constipated you have to drink ALOT of water. Make sure you try to get a little bit more fiber in your meals as well. Your stool still may not be soft, formed, and S shaped like it's supposed to, but atleast you'll be able to go!

I am sure this question has been asked , but I am new on here and not sure where I can find a question and answer search. But I would like to know how long does the phentermine stay in the blood. I don't want it showing up in blood tests. Thanks

Just joined. hi all! i has mah phentramine from my doc. so can anyone give me an idea as to a diet that doesnt include fish or much beef? ty for the help.

BeverlyJo, I am very suspicious of drugs sold over the internet. My dr. wrote me a script for phen. since my blood pressure was okay, he was happy to do it !
