I start taking phentermine tomorrow morning. I've struggled with my weight for a while now and I'm hoping this actually works for me. Also, being a part of any type of support group is new to me. I'm dedicating myself to this and I'm hoping that I can get support to keep me going. We are taking my daughter to disneyland at the begining of December, I'm hoping I can get on the right track of losing weight to expierence Disneyland and keep up with a two year old! If anyone can give me any tips and advice on what is the best way to maximize weighloss using phen? What exercise programs do you do? Thanks.

Hey girly.. you CAN get back on track.. and this is also a great support network. So keep yourself in a good mindframe.. drink lots of water and get in some walking or light to moderate cardio at least 3 times a week. I do the 'tony little gazelle' it's a low impact cardio machine.. i love it. I started phen a week ago from tomorrow... i can't wait to see what i've lost tomorrow!! Good luck on your journey.. it will be bumpy but worth it!

In order not to get constipated you have to drink ALOT of water. Make sure you try to get a little bit more fiber in your meals as well. Your stool still may not be soft, formed, and S shaped like it's supposed to, but atleast you'll be able to go!

I am sure this question has been asked , but I am new on here and not sure where I can find a question and answer search. But I would like to know how long does the phentermine stay in the blood. I don't want it showing up in blood tests. Thanks

Just joined. hi all! i has mah phentramine from my doc. so can anyone give me an idea as to a diet that doesnt include fish or much beef? ty for the help.

BeverlyJo, I am very suspicious of drugs sold over the internet. My dr. wrote me a script for phen. since my blood pressure was okay, he was happy to do it !
