Hi!:

Yesterday August 21, 2008 was the end of my first week using phentermine with great results for me, 5.6 lbs lost. I feel great, I will go to the gym next week to increase my exercise routine from 3 days a week, 2 hrs. a day, for 5 days a week and 2 hrs. per day. I have the commitment to loose weight, I will also start a "low carb" diet for several months (my Doctor suggest me to start a low carb diet for a short period of time). I'm really motivated, and pray to continue loosing weight.

August 13, 2008 SW: 179 lbs. (Doctor's visit).
August 14 (Staring with phentermine at 179 lbs.)

August 21, 2008 first week: 173.4 (5.6 lbs. lost).

Blessings to all of you!

Congratuations on your weight loss!!

I started on Phen 8/22 so tomorrow is my first week weigh in. I know that I will not have the loss as you did....I have PMS....and a sore knee so zero exercise!!

My problem is my attitude on exercise -- I am ok with 30 minutes a day 6 days a week. I love to walk and will walk almost 4 miles in a hour but outdoor time is so limited. In the past I joined a 24 hour fitness place but that it would take 10 minutes to get there -- exercise for 30 minutes -- then drive home. Then at times it was so busy it was hard to stay or you got stuck using the same thing everyday.

But my attitude is one that I have friends that exercise a lot -- intense -- with trainers or different classes -- so you would think that would motivate me -- nope -- instead I compare myself to them and think I don't look that bad and wow I didn't spend all that time exercising. Stupid -- they are toned, in shape, and a lot healthier. So this is my challenge......finding exercise I like that I will stick to -- that will be part of my daily life so I do it and not think of ways not to do it. I am not competitive nor like to participate in sports -- another challenge.

So I am trying to get something in place and start exercising gradually week 2 then add more different things each week after.....I would love to lose 10 pounds my first month......I have a state convention in later September.

But again, congratulations!!

August 28 2008 started Phentermine. So far I am amazed at how my attitude and energy has changed in 2 days! I have a good feeling about this but then my low self esteem is trying to but in. Anybody have bad experiences with Phentermine? Mood changes? Feeling guilt? Withdraws? etc.? let me know please. Thanks for the support , I hope we can support each other and with Truth. <3 Sky

A simple thing to add would be arm weights while walking. Unfortunately, the walking alone ill do little for weight loss. BUT, if you work your muscles, they continue to burn calories after you stop working out until they repair themselves!

Hello Everyone!
I have just started a weight loss plan using B-12 shots, B-12 vitamins, water pills and Phendimetrazine Tartrate 35mg. This is through a company called Befrore and After. They are located in So Cal and are very reasonable, so if you want their info, let me know! I earn a free week for everyone I get to sign up.

I have only taken one Phen so far, but plan to start tomorrow, taking one pill in the morning and one in the early afternoon. I am also going to go grocery shopping for some low carbs options, as I am realizing that most everything I eat has a ton of carbs! I am very excited by the results that I have been reading. I have also started walking in the evenings and plan to head to the gym very soon as well.

I hope to reach my goal by my 30th birthday, which is in May. I am looking forward to hearing about everyone's personal experiences.

SW: 193lbs. October 5, 2008 (34 bmi)

CW: 193lbs. October 5, 2008

GW: 135lbs. I am 5'4", so I think this is a healthy goal.

In order not to get constipated you have to drink ALOT of water. Make sure you try to get a little bit more fiber in your meals as well. Your stool still may not be soft, formed, and S shaped like it's supposed to, but atleast you'll be able to go!

I am sure this question has been asked , but I am new on here and not sure where I can find a question and answer search. But I would like to know how long does the phentermine stay in the blood. I don't want it showing up in blood tests. Thanks

BeverlyJo, I am very suspicious of drugs sold over the internet. My dr. wrote me a script for phen. since my blood pressure was okay, he was happy to do it !
