Just wanted to tell you all that I've set myself a goal of walking 150 miles by the end of the year. Anyone want to race me to this goal?

About 18 miles a week, averaging about 2.5 miles per day. We'll see how it goes. I'm trying to track my distances with mapmyrun.com.

I am trying to walk twice a day and walk at least 2 and half to 3 miles each time for a total of 5 to 6 miles per day. Don't think I'll get in 150 before the end of December though!

Hi! I am new here...both to this group and to extra pounds...but I have been walking for years. I have a year long goal to get to 1000 miles...and December goal is 100 miles which gets just over the 1000 miles. so far have only have about 12=13 so have to get busy.

Just returnnig to Extra Pounds. I am using WATP as well as calorie restriction. I would like to join this support group - there is no "join" button, what do I need to do?

Hi new as of 3 days ago i have a treadmill how often and how long does anyone walk here. This is my 2nd go around here had a set back with aninner ear issue.
