I seem to do really well on my diet for the first 4-5 days.  I need some help to stick to my diet even when the weekend gets here. I seem to think that Fri-Sun. is diet free. I end up loosing the same pounds every week because I gain back what I had lost. I want to do this I would just like some encouragement to get through the weekends! I am 32, a SAHM of 3 children ages 7,6 and 4. I am wanting to loose about 30-40lbs. so that we can have another baby! I am also willing to help motivate/encourage others!

Hello! I totally understand the motivation situation. I find myself in similar situations. I have a horrible Soda addiction! I will go for a long time without drinking any then go out to eat once and its back on the soda binge. I have the same problem with exercise! I joined a website to help motivate myself and maybe others! ^_^

Hi I too had the same problem you do, especially being hispanic we eat horribly.  But I have found that losing weight is actually mind over matter.  you must tell yourself that you are not on a diet, saying you are on a diet makes  us feel as if we have to limit ourselves to everything that is good and eat like rabbits persay. lol That is so not true, change your eating habits and your life style.  No one has to give up on the things they enjoy, you just have to increase your physical activities and learn how to eat in healthy proportions.  I just started or joined today but I have changed the way I eat, cook, work out, and my over all outlook on trying to be a healthier me.  I even made a journal where I make up my own life lessons and live by them.  I don't want some doctor saying you have to go on a diet you are to fat. Psshh I have made these changes for me, for my health, for my happiness, and no one else.  LIFE LESSON #5 Don't be discouraged if you don't see the results right away, it will happen just learn to be patient and never give up.  LIFE LESSON #11 Keep a photo journal of your journey and remeber the main reason you are making this grand change in your life. (YOU)  Honey anything is possible and I am here to help you in any way I can.  :0)  Keep going don't get discouraged and if you hit a wall try something new.

I just jioned and I too have problems with my weight due to medications as well as physical limitations.
