Hi i am going to lose 5stone. i am doing a liquid/VLCD diet. i cant do alot of exercise due to illness, and basically im sick of only losing 1lb per week and never seeing results, i want to have a tummy tuck done and go back onto WW when im 13stone. x

I’m Veronika, I've lost 35 pounds from 05/07 – 06/08. I need to lose 50 more pounds. I need moral support to I stay on track. I eat WW, SB and liquid dietary foods, veggies and fruits. However, my downfall is, that I can’t say NO to chocolate.
