Okay, I forgot about adding my weight for last week.  I just updated that week to 301.  This week my weight is 294 lbs.

Week 2: 159.0 lbs (1.0 lb gain )

Start Weight ~ 14th April ~ 174 lbs
Week One ~ 21st April ~ 172lbs = -2lbs
Week Two ~ 28th April ~ 171lbs = -1lbs
Total 172lbs ~ Challenge Total = -3lbs
Challenge Goal to lose 16lbs.

Start Weight 135.4 lbs

Week 1: 134.9 lbs Total: -0.5 lbs
Week 2: 136 lbs (+1.1) Total: +0.6 lbs

Goal Weight 126 lbs

only 10 to go!

And I take FULL responsibility for that gain. No whining or wondering what happened. I know what happened, and I accept I had a flat out CRAPPY week and stress ate and didn't care. Maybe this week will be better, I don't know. I still have a lot of bad feelings and don't know where this week will take me.

start weight: 87.8 kg
week 1 weight: 87.5 kg
week 2 weight: 86.5 kg (1 kg loss)

Good loss this week! I think traveling took it´s toll :) and i am too busy and happy to eat too much :)
