Weight loss with diet pill phentermine

Hello. My names Rhonda and I'm new here. I've tried several things to lose weight. I've been taking phentermine for about 1 month now and have lost 14lbs. Ive been reading where others take multiple types of vitamins with their phentermine that help  So I'm asking for any advice that might help with needing to lose lots of weight. I'm on thyroid meds already and I barely have an appetite on the phentermine as well. I do have more energy but not very much more. I have about 150lbs to lose. I've cut back to 1 caffeine  drink of dr pepper a day (just because my neuro suggest I have caffeine in the morning for my migraines & I don't like coffee). I started drinking water which I never did before.  I just bought my first treadmill so I'm excited about that but I can only go for a little bit at a time. I guess cause I'm so out of shape and cause I suffer from chronic migraines & when my heart races I get a migraine so it makes exercising miserable. Please let me know if you have any suggestions? My family history has diabetes & congested heart failure and I don't want to follow in their footsteps.  So I'm just curious if anyone has any suggestions for me as to what other vitamins would be good for me to take as well.

i take a multi and fish oil too, although my prescribing md did not say i had to take anything, but someone knows what else helps w/ weight loss, please let us know lol- Good luck Dama, I started last week down 7 lbs already and thrilled this is the only thing so far that works for me and ive tried everything.

I've taken B6 and B12 vitamins with Phen in the past. Both spped up metabolism. I've found that sometimes it made me jittery...

Wow, so far you are doing great! I just started Phen a week ago and have more energy, less appetite, and a few pounds shed already. I've started doing one hour of exercise a day, doubling up on protein and veggies, and cutting carb portions in half. Vitamin B Complex helps boost my metabolism and gives added energy, but I have not yet tried it with the Phen.

Started doctor prescribed Phentermine 37.5. Headache today! Nausea. :( I've heard that goes away...disappointing way to start. I took before breakfast...wrong?

I was on Phentermine but had the worst side effects. I almost ended up in the hospital with blood pressure problems. I switched to ACE and it does the same with out the side effects. I LOVE IT. I get mine at
