I've read other peoples success with phentermine. A coworker of mine started phentermine in november and has lost over 50lbs. She looks amazing and I couldn't wait to see what phentermine could do for me. I started phentermine this past sat at 184 lbs this morning my scale said 180!!! It's giving me energery but not a jittery energy. I take one pill an hour before I eat breakfast and all day it helps to surpress my appitite. I love to eat it was amazing to see that after only a few bites I felt full. The full feeling lasted unilateral lunch and again I felt hungry but not like I was starving. After only a few bites I felt full like I had eaten a large meal! Im hoping to reach my ultimate goal of 135lbs :-)

congrats! I just started taking Phentermine again yesterday i took it from oct-dec of last year and lost 40 lbs. but had to have surgery and gained 10 lbs. i love the energy that phentermine gives you. and also the fact that you feel full after a couple bites. i am taking 30 mg 1 time a day.

That's so great! I'm sure those ten pounds will come off and then some! Keep me updated!!! If I lost 40 lbs in three months I would cry from how excited I would be :-)

i took phentermine last year from sept to jan and lost 54 lbs, then my dr said i needed to come off of it for at least 3 months and gained almost all of it back. i started taking it again in april and in the first month i was down 14 lbs and my second month i was back up 8lbs and this month i weigh the exact same as last month.  im doing everything the same as before but its just not working for me, any suggestions?

You have to be willing to completely change your eating habits for good. If you watch what you eat for a few months and then go back to what you ate before it will come back on. I have given up all fast food dunkin donuts coffee and eat fresh fruit and veggies and make sure not to eat more than 1100 Cals a day. I actually try not to go over 700. I eat until I feel full then stop I don't eat more than I need. I carry healthy snacks so during the day if my tummy starts to feel hungry I can eat a snack to hold me over until the next meal. I don't at all feel deprived. I've actually come to realize how horrible my eating habits actually were. I hope this will help you some. Good luck with your weight loss :-)

Hello all,

I just started taking phen 37.5 mg yesterday for the first time.  About 20 minutes after I took it, my head and face started to tingle. Then I cried for about an hour for no apparent reason! After that, I felt hyper-focused. I was noticing everything and when someone talked to me, It was like I blocked everything else out and was really focusing on that person. Then, I was up all night, but I never felt hungry! I had to force myself to eat!  When I picked up the prescription, the pharmacist told me to take it everyday at 10am.  It is time for me to take it right now, but I still feel hyper-focused. 

Has anyone else experienced this and have any suggestions for me?

Hey mssyp I read that the best way to take it is either one hour before breakfast or one hour after breakfast. I work 7:30 - 3:30 so when I wake up at 6 I try to take it then and when I get to work I drink a slim fast optima shake. I have had bouts of insomnia a few nights. The first week I felt like I had extra energy but thy passed. I had dry mouth for a little over two weeks and headaches for the first few days. I thought the headaches could be related to the fact that I stopped drinking coffee because I really didn't feel like I needed it so after several days my body worked through not having all the extra cafeine and sugar and I feel great!

Hi everyone.  I am new to the phen pill since July 16th. Taking half of the 37.5 pill in the am around ll:00. I take my blood pressure meds first thing then I eat a little cereal. I measure my pressure on my machine at 10:00 and then I take my phen.  So far, I feel good except for the cotton mouth and the constant tinkle breaks,  I do not have a problem sleeping yet,  I am sure that I will start the full dose next week.  I really wanted to not have a blood pressure issue due to the phen.  Now I am pretty sure I will be fine.  For those ladies using Slim Fast with the sugars, I invite you to fry a protein drink from Costco (Premier Low Fat PROTEIN). Great tasting in individual sizes - 30g protein and lg sugar - 160 calories No mixing required. Just grab on the run.  I hope to hear from someone who has tried this product. Good luck to us all  OUR JUNK HAS TO GO FOR GOOD.

I've been on it for just over a month-doing well but lately I feel like it's not working as well as it did when I first started. Anyone else notice this? Anything work to change it?

Started doctor prescribed Phentermine 37.5. Headache today! Nausea. :( I've heard that goes away...disappointing way to start. I took before breakfast...wrong?

I was on Phentermine but had the worst side effects. I almost ended up in the hospital with blood pressure problems. I switched to ACE and it does the same with out the side effects. I LOVE IT. I get mine at www.acedietpillsletsgetskinny.com
