So, how has everyone been doing on our individual weight loss journeys? I know I have been shocking (I think embarrassment may be a reason I haven't been online in so long). I managed to gain weight and not lose it...in fact, I have gone from 182.5 to 196!!!!! Quite how, I don't know! But it's happened anyway! So now I'm trying to lose it all again through healthy eating and exercise.

Come on, share your stories too on how you have been doing....

This is the first time I've logged onto EP in I don't know how long. A lot has been going on. My weight continues to go up and down. I had definitely lost a bit, while I trained for (and completed) my first half marathon. Mind you, it was a walk/jog effort, and took nearly forever, but I did it. Now I've been working full time AND taking 14 credits of grad school, and my workouts have dwindled due to having NO time.. :( So, the weight has definitely come back on, thanks to stress and being an emotional eater.

I need to do better.. for myself. So, I'm kind of back, I think. I'll try anyways!

HI all - Just popping by to say hello. Will post more once I am over the flu. On the bright side its good for weight loss snicker snicker I am down 4 pounds in 4 days
