I quit smoking just over a year ago and, though I had not lost what I wanted to lose before I quit, am now as high as I have ever been.  I intend to lose at least 30 pounds by my birthday, June 7th, and another 20 by October 2012, in time for my nephews wedding.  I am managing to complete at least 30 minutes on my treadmill and have learned to turn off the TV...a definite invitation to munch...I joined a support group to quit smoking and for the first time feel like a nonsmoker...now to be fit too...
