4.Practice time management skills. Learn to budget your time and energies so you will always have food on hand and time to eat healthy, nutritious snacks and meals.
5. Beware of transfer addictions that are not positive. Find a positive habit.
6. Discover your core desire and build a bridge of steps toward that goal. Long term and short term goals.
7.Pray daily and ask for guidance and control. God cares and has solutions.
