I just tried the cookout chicken and I love it! It is very southern in taste! I did add a half a splenda packet to sweeten it a bit. YUMMO!

Also, Jenny Direct came out with this cool book called Creative Recipies which gives you ideas on how to volumize their meals. Tonight I am adding not only broccoli to my fetticini but mushrooms as well! YUMMY!

You can also add mushrooms to the chicken noodle soup, along with some extra chicken broth.

Oh sweet! I made the sunshine sandwich and I always spray a bit of no butter spray on the muffins then add a tiny dash of shredded cheese to it. YUMMO!

I had the chicken carbonara tonight...it was great. I just added lots of peas to it. And...the triple chocolate cheesecake is back!!

The teriyaki salmon was ok - not bad but I wouldn't say great. One good thing is it seemed to have lots of brown rice, I would get it again just because of that, I added curry powder and a little fish sauce. I think it is hard to get the salmon itself the right texture with the freezing and the nuking. The BBQ pizza was really good. I wasn't around for that the 1st time but Yum.

I have heard on both "top chef" and "iron chef america" that fish is the world's worst for perserving flavor and texture when frozen and reheated.

Hi, I am getting back on track with JC after losing 47 pounds, and gaining back almost 37. Rather than frustrate myself, I'm just going to focus on moving forward and not looking back. Good health is what is important and giving up is not an option.
