hello every one . i love to work out at home i have the wii fit and the fitness coach and love them does any one else do those also i do go on the tonning beds 3 times a week

Hello, my weight lost buddy and me have the wii fit,(we share it) so the this fitness coach works with the wii fit board? and I also heard of another one, called Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009for the wii fit board is it also good? and these will help expand our workouts, I have yet to find the fitness coach at the local wal-mart, hopefully I can soon...Thank you so much

I treated myself to the wii fit board plus for the holidays.  I have added it once to my EA Sports Active 30 day challenge (which I have done about two times?).  I tried the disc that came with it and found out I've got the body of a 53 year old.  Not bad, I think.  53 is sexy!  (Okay, so at 44, maybe I should be concerned). Whatever.
My goal was to find something I enjoyed enough to do frequently. In Michigan, I decided not to take up outside running as my main thang.  I just don't like temps below zero, or ice on my eyelids, etc. 
 
A couple of years ago, I did train for a spring marathon, and I did run through the winter. I hate it.
(I did run the marathon in Ottawa.  And I gained 13 pounds during the training, even with wearing my Garmin and tracking my calories and logging my food, etc.  Grrrr).  So at race day I was close to 190.  Now I'm over 200.
 
I wish I knew why I gain and not lose.  Meanwhile, I am now taking Vitamin D (found out I was low). And I'm trying to find something "fun" to do as exercise.
 
Here's hoping the wii fit is the ticket.

My name is Jenn. I'm new to this. i just purchase Insanity and I've just completed the fit test. I'm really pumped and excited to hit my goal weight by my birthday September 11th. I have 55 lbs to lose and I'm not stopping unitl I get there. I want to get some info about how to maximize the potential of this site and stay on track. I live a very busy yet sedetary life style. I'm a graduate studnet currently writing my thesis. My goal is to defend my theis in september looking like a million bucks and start my phd with the best body in my cohort. I'm looking to meet a partner after I accomplish my goal weight and lead a healthy successful life style. Right now I want to do this on my own. When I'm confident I've achieved my academic and health goals I want to share my positive lifestyle with someone else. I'm currently looking for  a supoort buddy

Newbie here! :) Every once in a while I use Wii Fit too. I totally have a crush on the guy trainer haha! The Hula Hoop mini game can break me into a sweat for sure!

i just bought biggest loser cardo max and i really think it is awesome i sweated and felt energized afterward i felt the burn and maybe some tightened muscles
