Hello Everyone.  I'm pretty new to EP and new to this group.  I am currently a non-exerciser and going to be working out at home as the gym just isn't feesible for me and isn't real close either.  Today I ordered some DVDs, The Lotte Berk Method. 
New to weightloss, new to working out but ready for the change!

Hmmmmmmm put on the spot! Naw, not really.  I plan to do them in the morning after taking my daughter to school and before work (on those days that I work)  There's 4 DVDs and I think probably altering them will end up best.  Also, when it warms up a little outside I'm going to be doing some walking too.

If you enjoy walking you might like Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. They're a good way to ease into a routine, and are a big help when icy sidewalks prevent you from walking outside.

 I'm with you, brand new and NEED to do this for ME!

I  bought a Wii and started using wii fit. Started yesterday, did 25 minutes of stepping and stretching  It was fun! Today I'm feeling it a little, but I think this is something I can stick with, I just don't appreciate the wroaning  it makes when I step onto the board! LOL!
