Hi everyone! I know I'm guilty of not getting the ball rolling here, but we have 8 members! Do please post, and I promise I will respond to everything.

I've discovered a thread at Videofitness.com for fans of Ravi & Ana's kundalini yoga, and I'm afraid I've been hanging out there a lot instead of here at Extrapounds.

I love the Biggest Looser DVDs and I just odered the FIRM. I tried CRUNCH programs, but didn't like them much, so I'll probably be re-selling them on amazon! LOL!

Yoga Booty Ballet! I thought it sounded kind of dumb but my friend Adam insisted I try them... they're a lot of fun and there's a lot of dancing, and I actually look forward to exercising now.

I have a ton of DVDs - yoga, pilates, aerobics and belly dancing.

Got out of the practice when I moved 1,000 miles across the country.

Went from 2200 sq ft home to 850 sq ft apt ... and trying to find the space just to workout!

I need some encouragement and tips to get my butt out of bed in the morning ;)

Hi all!  I use the following home DVDs - The Firm, Billy Blanks bootcamp, Leslie Sansone's Advanced 5 mile walk (utilizes a band) and the Biggest Loser DVDs.  I also have the Windsor Pilates and I like those as well! 

I have a gym membership, but I love that I can stay home when I want to and still get a great workout.  I mainly use the gym for some weight machines, water aerobics and the treadmill.  Otherwise, I use home DVDs and the elliptical in my basement!

Hi ladies!  I became a home gym bunny about 6 months ago when goign to the gym (even though I worked at one) wasn't an option.  I didn't have the time and was unmotivated by the end of my shift to workout.  I personally do TurboJam, Power90X, and I will be trying YogaBootyBallet soon too.  I love working out at home now, it's nice to just roll out of bed and then be able to shower and make food all in one spot.  I'm a home gym bunny for life!

Believe it or not, I've been doing exercise videos since the late 80s, starting with the Firm's Body Sculpting Basics. I still use that video occasionally...though some of the hair and makeup makes me laugh. I have the Firm's vols 1-6,  The Tortoise/Hare, Strength/Cardio, and a couple of others, and find I like the older better than the new...

I also like Gilad's Quick FIt, Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight, Tamilee Webb's I Want That Body series, and Walk Away the Pounds. I have tons of videos, though. Yes, I still have videos, though I'm starting to replace old ones with DVDs, and the new ones I buy are DVDs. Sadly, a few of my favorite workouts don't seem to be available on DVD.

i plan on going to buy the all the Biggest Loser dvds since the one i purchased today.i really recommend this dvd to other cause the people are just like us not with 6 packs lol

i just bought biggest loser cardo max and i really think it is awesome i sweated and felt energized afterward i felt the burn and maybe some tightened muscles
