The walking group is Fun, Free, and a great way to Get Moving, lose weight, plus you can socialize at the same time!

When:
Mondays, Wednesday, & Thursday Evenings

Note: If some people want to meet up on Tuesdays and Fridays…that’s cool too!! It’s noted… that we need at least 30 minutes of activity each day!!

I'm new here! I want to loose weight. People say I'm not fat, but for me I'm bigger than I should be. Hope to find friends here that can help me keep motivated. I want to be more confident in myself, and I thought loosing weight would help me.

Hit a plateau it seems in my weight loss. I normally walk on the treadmill and am starting interval training to walk my first 5K soon. Any suggestions on ramping things up a bit?
