Hi all!

I'm new here and I sent myself a test email to see how I would be notified when "I have mail". I checked my personal email account, junk mail too and I've searched all over my account at EP and can't find it.

I know other members have received mail from me though. How the heck does this work? Is it only for gold members? I couldnt' find an answer in FAQ's.

Thanks for asking about this. We have had several other users telling us that they are not receiving their email notifications correctly and our programmers are currently working on the problem to get it fixed asap.

I´ll post here again once we know that service is back to normal. Sorry for any frustration this has caused.

Hi Everyone,

The Extrpounds Team have investigated this issue and it appears that some email providers may be blocking emails that are sent from our Extrapounds mail server. This is something that at the moment we have no control over. We continue to look into this problem to see if we can improve the situation.

Our advice to help prevent this is to add our extrapounds address, info@extrapounds.com, to your email account's safe senders/ white list.

It seems that not all email accounts are affected, gmail.com accounts for example have so far been working perfectly. If you use multiple email providers you may want to change the account you use for EP by visiting your EP Administration Panel and editing your Profile.

If you haven't already, why not add your Support Group, Blog and your friends Blog pages, to your Toolbar Bookmarks creating quick access and making them easier to check.

Hit a plateau it seems in my weight loss. I normally walk on the treadmill and am starting interval training to walk my first 5K soon. Any suggestions on ramping things up a bit?
