Any one know in good workouts that will get rid of this awful thigh flab.  It doesn't seem to go away no matter what exercises I have tried, any one know any exercises that work on this problem?

At school we have a Legs and Bun's class for those areas, what I can say is that leg lefts and squalts really work those areas. And consistency, meaning working out 4-5 times a week, really shows result in the end. If you don't have a class like that avalible, you can always look them up on Youtube by searching "Legs and Bun's workout", and then just follow them routingly.

Hope that helps, and good luck!

Thanks for the tips and advice, I will have to try them out, I am so tired of having thighs that rub together so much, I could probably start a fire...LOL

I'm new here! I want to loose weight. People say I'm not fat, but for me I'm bigger than I should be. Hope to find friends here that can help me keep motivated. I want to be more confident in myself, and I thought loosing weight would help me.

Hit a plateau it seems in my weight loss. I normally walk on the treadmill and am starting interval training to walk my first 5K soon. Any suggestions on ramping things up a bit?
