The Biggest Loser Australia Inspiration

I am sure most of you guys will have heard of and watched The Biggest Loser USA, but have you seen The Biggest Loser Australia? Unlike the USA show it's on SIX days a week so it's a real motivator - I always watch it while I am working out :) You can watch the current series over at http://www.realitytvfan.org, as well as catch up with the first 2 seasons that aired in 2006 and 2007. I hope it will help you guys in the same way it does me :)

Hello everyone! I've just joined as well. I have to lose about 3 and a half stone. I have two littles ones--aged 1 and 3 so i am busy. However--I need support! I am willing to give support as well. When i am stressed I EAT!! I need to stop this.
