My name is Ashley & I'm currently a junior! My major is Family & Consumer Sciences.

Starting Weight: 184.0

Goals for the week:
Exercise 3 days this week
Drink at least 6 cups of water per day.
Stick to my Slim Fast meal plan.
Increase my caloric intake from this week.
Get adequate sleep and not be late for class tomorrow =)

Starting weight for this challenge 195lbs

Goals:
Exercise 3x/Wk
eat 3 healthy meals/day ( I tend to miss meals and eat lots at night because I am hungry)
Drink 6 glasses of water each day
Stay positive and stay on track

Goals:
30 minutes of Cardio every single day
Full body work out MWF
Fruit for breakfast
Only Water
Go to bed before midnight each night

I'm Tallie, and I'm also a Junior, majoring in English. My starting weight is 272.4. My goals for the week are to earn 30 APs (I do Weight Watchers), stick to my points and loose 2 lbs. This should be fun...I'm excited!

hey I am Alexandra, I am a senior, I am currently on my clinicals for my RN.My goals for next week starting sun is too keep my calories at 1500, drink more water..lose about 5 pounds lol. Enjoy the little thiongs and not to get stressed out
