Just wondering if anyone here has discovered a good "diet" plan in school. I'm a huge fan of Weight Watchers and I'm continuing when I get back to WI.

I do a lot of fruit when i crave something sweet. but since some have such high sugar content i try to keep it in the morning so i can burn it off during the day, and i take lunch and snacks to work. better than eating out

Yea, I never thought about eating sweets in the a.m. so that I can burn it off. Good advice.

hi!

i am on the slimming world diet plan, you can do it online at slimmingworld.com. its great because you donneed to weigh healthy foods like vegetables and pasta but just keep an eye on the junk food you eat like chocolate etc

you can do the diet online if you want, but the groups are not set up in the usa. if you want you can do a seven day trial through their website. let me know if you want any help

has anyone tried Extreme Fat Smash Diet by Dr. Ian Smith? I was going to try it and well I've read the reviews, and about it in elle and well they all say its amazing and a little hardcore and you can lose the weight fast up to 12 pounds in 3 weeks that sound awesome and like it'll stick.

I'f also a fan of WW. Last time I did it I lost 16 lbs from Mid-July to Mid-October 06. I've been cataloging the food in my kitchen for their WW values! When I get back to school I'm going to do a combination of the WW & Slim Fast options - its healthier & cheaper than eating a BK in the union everyday! Leaving the rest of the time to get my fatty food cravings out of my system and allow time to build up my shake & bar stock. I have started exercising everyday, however!
