What types of excercise do you enjoy? Give some ideas!

Walking laps, tons and tons of laps until I'm bored with it. It reminds me of the show Fat March where they just walk every day for exercise.

It's fun but at the same time it's hard to have working out as your job- you have to be happy even when you're sick, tired, stressed whatever and it's tough sometimes but sooooooo worth it!

Hey, I'm having a hard time working up the courage to go to my college's gym. It's free and it's a great amenity, and I know it might sound stupid but I'm self-conscience when it comes to working out in front of others... any advice

I would recomend hiring a personal trainer. That way you can build up some confience by A) knowing what you're doing and B) having a plan. Also the best thing to do is realize that everyone is there for a reason! To workout! Who cares what you're doing or what your neighbor is doing- you have a reason and a purpose to be and that's to get fit and fab! If you still can't quite get past that go during a time that's really slow like early in the morning or 1-2 in the afternoon. Ask the desk attendant for the slowest times.

Good luck!!!

Everybody's there for the same reason, just go and have some fun and relax, once you realize everybody is there to workout and is in their own zone it makes it a little bit easier.

I agree with Aurelys, once you get used to it you notice that people are really just inside their own heads trying to work out hard.
