Congratulations, gang! We're finally here! Final weigh-in week for our Spring Break WLC. I hope its been a short 8 weeks for most of you and hopefully weather will be spectacular where you are very soon so you can get out and do more!

Goals for future... drink more water, dont give in to laziness, and get cardio in EVERY SINGLE DAY! Also, go to sleep on time, study more for tests, and learn to say no

Weigh-in: 166.5 (only .5)

Goals from last week. I did keep losing, however I didn't lose as much as I want. The challenge isn't officially over until Saturday, however, so hopefully I can end off the week with that extra pound I wanted to lose before it was all said and done with! I didn't buy my book (yet) but I did go to a bookstore this weekend, and I also started working on costumes (barely) for my con in 3 weeks.

This was an interesting experience, I can't quite say I've done anything like it before. I wish more people would have written in their blogs & done their weekly W-Is.

Goals: Keep losing! I hope I can keep up the rate I'm going, especially since I have an exercise schedule I'm going to attempt to keep (classes depending) on a regular basis when we get back from break (this is my week off). I'm really hoping that the weather gets warm here soon so I can start cycling outdoors! Eventually I want to wean myself of the shakes by educating myself about the good & the bad in the foods we regularly eat, I also want to get my hands on a health-conscious recipe book to experiment with, although I'm glad I found out that Campbells has a weight-conscious portion of their recipe site!
