Tracy, do you subscribe to Oxygen Magazine or do you just check it out on-line? I went to the web site today and just wondered if it was worht it to pay for it. (Only $30 for 2 years) I guess I should have just emailed you. Maybe I'll do that anyway! :-)

Hello all! I am so glad I seen this group! I have been a plan of clean eating since I seen the idea of it in an oxygen magazine last year. I also have the clean eating book, which I love! Some of the supplements she suggest I dont agree with but I love the idea of eating all natural foods. It only makes since. Its all the processed yuck out there thats making us fat. I subscribe (and I'll email you with additional info). Amazon.com seems to have the best deal on it or get a card from a magazine. I seem to remember that it's more expensive getting the sub direct from the Oxygen site.

This magazine will blow your mind. It's like Shape and Fitness but WITHOUT the fluff. Yeah there are too many ads for supplements (a common complaint about the mag) but you won't find articles on hair products, makeup or other extras. It's like a Mens Fitness magazine (straighforward) but geared towards women. They include info on (not excessive) female bodybuilding and nutrition tips.

Also, if you go to Amazon.com check out the other comments on it. It's why I subscribed in the first place. So many praises for it!

I am wanting to lose weight but without all the gimmiks. Clean eating helps me keep a healthy attitude about food. Although I haven't been clean eating for very long I love it. I love the magaazine too!
