hello,well i just made a profile on this website and i would love to loose 50lb.i went on nutri system and lost 50 lb but now i need to loose 50 more cus i'm still really fat.i came off of nutri sysrem because of the price.that was like 3 years ago.i'm having he!! keeping the weight of so its like i gain 10 pounds and take it off but never any more than that.its been going on for years and i have never worn a bikini even though i'm 18! this is driving me crazy because we have a lot of beach parties.i have a huge sweet tooth and my mother cooks nothing healthy.i saved up some money and recently ordered the dr.seigal's cookie diet and the abcircle pro. it will come in a week so i hope that will work.oh and in from Jamaica  the temptation factor is inhumane. most of the common stack/lunch  food  u find at school or on the road and some form of sugary bread with chese,so its really hard for me.
