ok, I have been rather absent from EP lately.  That is because I am now on a site called TRANSFORMATION.  www.transformation.com
 
Transformation is an evolutiion of Body-for-LIfe if you will.  Same great priciples incorperated as in BFL, but transformation takes it a gazillion steps further.  It has you digging deep and discovering your WHY. 
 
If you are like me, you might find the answers to some why's like...Why you overeat, why you  feel unworthy of success, why do you find yourself starting...stopping...starting...stopping....any program you try, ulitmately getting you nowhere.  (nowhere but frustrated and discouraged anyway)  You might just find that one thing that keeps you from ultimate success by this step-by-step process.  (I know I am learing more and more everyday)
 
Just like in BFL there are no pills, no points, no calorie counting, no crazy long periods in the gym,no finding your worth from the scale, ect...  It's about planning,  reaching out to others, doing short intense workouts, fueling your body with healthy, clean, proper food, and learning to balance your life.  It's about challenging yourself with something big, and allowing yourself to experience VICTORY when you complete it.  Transformation takes wellness to a whole new level with the outside in approach. 
 
So...why am I sharing all this?  Well, I don't like starting something and not following through with it.  I feel this group is something I have done that with. (sorry) I think this is actually the first time I've even checked this group in several weeks. 
 
I am writing to share with you that if you want to get the best help you can with BFL or Transformation, that I think the place to be is either...
 
 
I personally would choose the latter.  
 
I am soooo willing to help anyone who wants it, and you can find me  at www.transformation.com .  My screename is time4changes. You are welcome to contact me at any time either through EP or Transformation.  If I don't know the answer, then I will do my best to direct you to the person who does. 
 
Hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Hope that you will give it some definate consideration to challenge yourself to become the very best you can be.

Thanks, Alicia. I am loving that I don't have to count calories.  I feel like I'm in Heaven!  I can just eat!  Sure, I plan all my meals the day before...okay a week in advance.  But then it's right there in front of me and I can just enjoy my food instead of remembering to log it.  And the changes that will be happening from the inside... I just can't wait!
