Some time this fall the new bill phillips book called transformation will be coming out.  There is a whole website and new challanges relating to the series.  When it become available, I would love to partner challange with some here.

Ok, the new book is coming out Nov. 18.  And it is $19 if you pre-order it from amazon. 

If you have not checked it out, by all means head on over to see it.  it looks great. 

I am looking to start it up in Jan, I know that Gettin' fit will join me, any others?

Hey there!

I like Bills site.  That black & white picture of him in his photo album is *hubba, hubba* 

Dh might join us as well.  He kinda took a little hiatus over the summer.  His b-day is Monday and I bought him the new gym membership he wanted.  He has some new motivation and is enjoying it very much.
