QUADS

Squats

12 reps - 132 lbs
10 reps - 142 lbs
8 reps - 162 lbs
6 reps - 162 lbs

12 reps - 142 lbs
12 reps - 50 lbs. Switched to leg extensions here

HR was high. Cardio training high is what it felt like. I don't wear a heart monitor, but I needed to take a rest!!!

HAMSTRINGS
Dead lifts using dumbells

12 reps - 20 lb weights
10 reps - 25 lb weights
8 reps - 30 lb weights
6 reps - 30 lb weights Didn't move up to 35 lb weights (70lb total) because I was afraid it would hurt my back. Plus, lifting 35 lb weights off of the rack is hard for me.

12 reps - 25 lb weights
12 reps - switched to front squats here with the SMITH machine. Had 65 lbs on the bar and it was soooooooo tough.

CALVES
Standing calve machine
12 reps - 80 lbs
10 reps - 120 lbs
8 reps - 140 lbs
6 reps - 160 lbs

12 reps - 140 lbs
12 reps - 120 lbs Switched to angled calve raises here.

ABS

a couple different ab exercises




Ended with a sprint challenge outside. Just 10 minutes

1 minute jog
30 second walk
1 minute jog
30 second walk
1 minute jog
30 second walk

Did this for 10 minutes
