This is to help revitalize working out, eating and the overall challange that everyone is on, regardless of the challange or level.

The One challange is simple. It is adding one to your BFL challange. One more Rep, One more Plate, One more Set, One more minute. One more of something to challange you to take your workouts to the next level. I have started to do this, and I can tell you that it is starting to make a difference. Start off small, shoot for one more rep, if you do not feel that you did your best, shot for one more set. Do you want a challange? Shoot for one more plate.

This also helps in eating. Pack an extra meal for the day. Cook one more meal than you normally would. Prepare one more snack than you normally would. Even if you do not eat it, if it is dry food, it will keep. Preparing one more meal will help you so that if you ever forget one or find yourself in need of a pick me up, there is one available.

Try adding this challange to your current challange. It fits in nicely, and it is only to help push yourself. DO NOT over do things, this is merely to help push the people here.

Hey Steve!!!

Really like the idea of "planning one more meal" That seems to be an area that I fall short in. What would it hurt to just do one more? Not much!!! Since reading this the other day I have thought of this term several times over, and taken action on it.
