DAYS 12,13,14,15 OF 98

Sorry for not logging this sooner but been away for the weekend so here goes ...

Day 12 - Friday ... 3 x 10mins on exercise bike, I do want to up this to 15mins a session but my legs are like jelly after 10mins so will strengthen my legs first but hope to increase this next month for sure.

Day 13 - Saturday ... was away for the weekend on a hen/bachelorette party but walked around the bars and danced the night away so am counting that as my exercise for the day.

Day 14 - Sunday ...was sooo tired after not getting to sleep until 3.45am and getting up at 8am to start partying again but when I got home I walked on my parents treadmill (at a slow pace granted) but still went on it for half an hour but was seriously lacking speed due to tiredness.

Day 15 - Monday ... today!  I went for a walk in a wooded are and took my camera with me to take some snaps as I want to get back into photography and thought I would combine the two.  I didn't time how long I was walking as I was stopping quite often to take snaps but was out for about 2 hours in the woods ... at one with nature ... boy was it cold.
