I got 30 min. in Monday...will do more tonight. My son started running this morning, and I couldnt pull myself out of bed to join him so I am going to try that tomorrow!!

Oh I thought it was a 7 day challenge!  98 days .... wow!  I am still in ... bring it on!

Where do we log how we are doing?  On here as a post?

Today I went on the treadmill for 30mins.

I am not sure if I am supposed to post on here daily or not but today I walked for 45 mins and went 3 miles! 

Lovely day here in Ireland but bitterly cold ... brrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!

Shows how commited I am to this challenge!

Day 3 done and dusted as the saying goes!  Roll on Day 4!

DAY 4,5, AND 6
 
How has everyone been doing on the challenge???
 
So far I am right on track.
 
Thursday (day 4), I was travelling and arrived at the airport early so went for a walk just on the outskirts of the airport .... took me about 40 mins so reckon it was just under 3 miles.
 
Friday (day 5) James and I went for a walk in a local village ... we walked for about an hour and a half but had a couple of stops along the way so will log 1 hour for Friday.
 
Saturday (Day 6) TODAY!  I am about to head into London where I will be on my feet most of the day.  I have told James I want to use the tube as little as possible but will be walking up and down stairs and walking around London all day ... will probably get the most exercise today.  Logging this in now as I won't be around much today to log it but you have my promise that today will be at least 2/3 hours of walking, not continuously but I don't think that matters!

I have done my usual 3 mile walk, took 45 mins, 5 mins quicker than usual!
