I joined this group last Saturday...looking forward to reading everyone's posts. I'm a stress eater too, and am learing how to curb the anxiety I feel that leads to the overeating/nibbling. One thing I did was cut back on the amount of hours I put in at work, it's not good for me or my family. Have a membership to the local YMCA and love working out on the elliptical trainer...just need to do it more often. Also, I am logging everything I eat...currently my maximum daily calorie intake is 1445, which is supposed to help me lose a pound or two a week, I use my PDA to help me keep track of those calories and that really helps.

Anyhow...looking forward to weighing in on Sunday. Best wishes to everyone for successful weightloss!

hello everyone! we are doing the biggest loser here at work for 12 wks. it started on 1*2*08 and will go until 3*24*08. my weigh ins will be every friday. today i weighed 263 pds. my goal is to be between 200 and 220. i know this will not happen in 12 wks but i need to start somewhere! it is so hard because i work for a doctors office and our patients are always bringing in cookies! but let's see what next week brings! talk to you then! have a great weekend everyone! :)

HappyGoLucky - what program do you use to log what you eat? Is there a program for your PDA? I'm a big techie and I'm always looking for easy ways to help me journal and track my weight loss. I use fitday.com, but it doesn't have a good site that my mobile phone can see or a program I can download to use on my smartphone. Does anyone know anything like this to download?

HI I just joined. I am hoping to lose 40 lbs by new years 2010. I have grave's disease and mental disease...I am a stress eater and I do it if I am bored. I hurt alot of the time but,I am always fighting. I need people to relate to. My sister's are no good because they are already small and got that way through illegal drugs and anorexia. I don't want that path. I want to be strong and lean while being clean. Please,help me along.

hi. i just joined. i want to lose 33 popounds in 3 mounths. in the matter of fact, i love eating and i never underestand when i eat or what i eat. im a lazy girl who like to eat and sleep. today is saturday and in my country(iran) is the first day of week. i will lose 1.5 kg in this week. because its my first week of diet. i didnt do any diets for about 4 mounths. and i will do exercises such as swimming and walking in this week. tommorow i have an appointment with a new doctor. i really need a support program.
by the way i used to do mesotherapy, i didnt lose any! but after i quit, i gain 3 kg!!! why?

Hey peepz! I hope to lose like the majority of the my weight by this date. May is also the end of school for me and the beginning of me starting to be a baker! yay! I just wnat to be in shape and feel good about myself before student life ends!  Oh and I want to feel good while I'm doing this too! Good luck to all!

I just joined too !   I'm off to a great start for 2010.  I did cardio on 1-1-10 for 50 minutes and on 1-2-10 for 50 minutes.   Just rejoined a local gym

Doing Biggest Loser Workout on the Wii every day for 1-2 hours, walking, stopped drinking pop and I've been dieting. All of this since January 1st.... And I have not lost 1 pound!! AHH!!!
