Hey! I Haven't heard from anyone in a couple of weeks. How is everyone doing? I know Thanksgiving was hard for me. Scale move up a pound Grr! Back down again now, but still frustrating to lose that time.

I'm nervous about Christmas week. I do ok here at home. I'm not working again yet (no holiday parties) and DH won't let me bake any goodies since we'll be traveling 15 hours north for the holiday's, he says to wait until we get there Dec 21....but from then until we get back on the 27th....dun, dun, dun! I'm so weak!!

My baby is getting so big! He'll be 4 months old on the 13th! He's so adorable! As far as weight goes, the older her gets, the more pressure I feel to get crackin' on dropping the weight. (Anyone else too??)

Alright, well, I need to hear from you girls! Drop a quick line...anything, just so I'm not out here all alone!

Hey. Sorry I have no been around. I barely post on here but wanted to check in. For thanksgiving I actually lost 3lbs becuase I ate the fatty food for the first time in about 2mths and it wouldn't stay down. Not the best way to loose 3lbs but hey loss is loss right. I hit a platau the next week and lost nothing and then this week i actaully lost 2lbs again so i am back on track. I am not really pushing myself until after the new year. i still workout about 2times a week and watch what i eat but I am not being the weight loss natzi like I was last time I lost 50 lbs until after January.

Corban is almost 3mths old and weighes 12lbs 14oz. He is 24inches long. Big boy!!! I feel the same way about needing to drop the lbs before he can walk and get around so that I can enjoy it with him. I am 4lbs away from my pre-pg weight. Wooo hooo.

Good luck maintaining and loosing during Christmas.

I got a bit discouraged and went off my diet a little but I am now back on track! I didn't gain any weight back but I didn't lose any either. I decided to do the Body for Life challenge. I've done it before with excellent results, so I know it'll work. I am ready. I started it yesterday. I don't really have to worry about things like Christmas or New Year's with this diet, as it allows for one 'cheat' day per week. :)

Keegan will be 3 months old next week, and I still have 20 lbs to go before I am at my pre-preg weight. (I've already lost 40 lbs though, that's not shabby for less than 3 months). And a little more after that till my goal weight.

Baby's doing great, growing like crazy. At his 2 month checkup, he was 13 lb 3 oz, 23 inches long. Chunky Monkey! Yay boobmilk! His big sister loves him so much, I have to watch her b/c she tries to pick him up. LOL!

Hey girls.. I was the only one posting so I stopped. But I wanted to check in. I am still losing slowly. I guess that is the best way to do it. Curtis is 5 months now. He weighs 15 lbs and is 26 inches tall. Growing so fast.
I am starting to get a sinus infection or cold so my workouts this week have been minimal. I did good to get 2 in so far.
I am not too worried about the holidays and weight gain. I am giving myself one cheat meal a week so that I don't feel too constrained. So far it is working.

Take care!

Man, I have been completely out of the loop on here! It has been really crazy that I forgot to get back on here!

I was doing really good there for a while, but then I hit a brick wall! I am back on the down slope which I am hoping to continue on, since I don't like to see the scale climb.

My little one is 8 months, and about 20 pounds. I did really well during the holidays and only at most put on a pound or two, which quickly came right off.

Hey! I have been on EP for a while, but didnt join any groups till now. I know Tina & Tela from another board, so hopefully you all dotn mind another joiner! I am ready to kick my own butt into shape! I was bad over Christmas & gained another 5lbs! (eek!) But am still down past my PPreg weight by 10lbs. I neve want to get back to that weight though, so tonight we're buying a treadmill (finally convinced DH) and I am dedicating to 30mins at least 3 times/week (I'd like to say 5-6, but with a 5mth old who is very needy, I'm starting realistically!)

I gained ten pounds since my second child and I can't seem to lose it no matter how I try to improve my diet. I just started exercising again so I hope I see a difference soon.

I have five more weeks to go and then I will be heading this way! I'm not breastfeeding, so I'm hoping that will let me get on track faster. I originally lost 83 lbs. with Jenny Craig and I'm going back!
