My sister-in-law "jokingly" makes me feel bad about dieting and losing weight, but I'm barely 5'0", so 150+ lbs goes along way on me. I'm comfortable, healthy and happy in the 120's, so I'm trying to stay focused that it's an individual goal. She makes me feel bad that my "number" is low, in comparison to hers, but she's a lot taller then me and carries it so different. Plus, it doesn't make my losing the weight any less hard, or less significant! (Sorry, just need to vent!) I sorta think she may think she's trying to pay me a compliment, but it doesn't exactly rub me that way, you know? How do you deal with people like that without making it akward?

Sorry you are having such problems with the SIL. Just tell her that it rubs you the wrong way and that you aren't 5'10 so your numbers are going to be lower. She is just not thinking.

I gained ten pounds since my second child and I can't seem to lose it no matter how I try to improve my diet. I just started exercising again so I hope I see a difference soon.

I have five more weeks to go and then I will be heading this way! I'm not breastfeeding, so I'm hoping that will let me get on track faster. I originally lost 83 lbs. with Jenny Craig and I'm going back!
