Good Job Tina! I think anyone who can move those number down this time of year deserves a round of applause! You over half way to your goal! You have lost more then you have left to lose! That's exciting! Congrats!

Thanks. Sometimes it feels like such a battle. I have been cheating here and there. I have a weakness for sugar cookies so that may have hurt me this week. Oh well. Like you said, the average person gains 8 lbs during the holidays so I am happy with anything going down or even staying the same.

How is everyone else doing? No one else is posting.

FormyMarine... Cute pic of the baby btw.

Weigh in Day! I am so pissed. The scale shows I gained 2 lbs. I did nothing different. Well I had a few Christmas cookies but not enough to make that much of a difference. Geez. Again feeling like I should give up. I don't know what else to do. I am doing everything right and it seems all for nothing.

Current weight - 186

Weight after Delivery - 221

Goal weight - 150

Tina...thanks! Actually, that's my now 3 yo. I took pic of her dressed up as a theme for each month for a calandar I gave out when she was 4 mo. old. I just finished the calendar for my new little one, so I should probably upload his pic in there too!

I'm not looking forward to stepping on that scale...dun, dun, dun! I just know it's gonna jump. We get back into town tomorrow, so I'll have to have a late weigh in for me. Oh well, January's when I put my nose to the grind stone, so I hope I had enough yummy food to last me a few months!

Have a happy New Year everyone!

I wanted to say if you feel like your not moving any where with your weight and you know your eating healthy then throw you body off track once a week spend one day a week and eat regular food enjoy a value meal it works great for me because it confuses your body and you actually dont gain weight from that you lose it.

Thanks! I'm such a picture dork, I took a pic of him with a theme for each month, then I attached them to these dollar calendars I got at Michaels and gave them out as x-mas gifts! Huge hit when I did it for my daughter 3 years ago. Cute idea to pass on too!

I had a bad week, but it was preempted. We went to NY for the week, and you know how crappy traveling is. Ugh! Plus, my birthday was smack dab in the middle of the week, so there wasn't much avoiding a bad week for me. I just decided it was going to be one, ok fine, but back on track now that I'm back in NC. I'll weigh in again on friday. DH comes back in two and a half weeks, and I'm desperate to be at 135 when he walks in that door!! Agghh!!!

I went and saw a healer/heab speacialist. She uses your ora and energy vibrations to help you. She's amazing. She told me how my blood suger levels fly out of whack really easly and daily and how important is was for me to eat smaller meal, more often, smaller portions and cut refined sugars. Hmm. Might even help with some weight loss? I'm gonna try it out. Don't really need diabetes on my plate!

Having shin splint issues. Ouch! Gonna go for a running shoe eval when DH gets home from GA (I have pretty flat feet) and gonna have to back down on my running until they heal up. No biggie though, gonna try out some classes at the gym and hit the bike instead. I'll be back on the treadmill April 1st!

Got my San Antonio Marathon t-shirt in the mail today! he he!! I know it's dorky, but it totally motivated me again. I'm so nervous.

Good Luck girls!

I know it's tough to lose extra weight, esp as a busy mom. I've lost 123 lbs on my current plan and I earn extra money selling nutritional and fitness products. This is a GREAT part time opportunity for busy moms. Inbox me if interested.

HI Missjane... I had the same problem. My results were slow. I started on Herbalife. Its natural and it actually gave me energy and curb'd that appetite so I wouldn't over eat. I was a big snacker. After 3 kids its easy to munch like that.

I desperately need to lose 10 kg. The thing is, I tend to overeat after 3pm. I am a teacher so I am quite busy and easily stressed. Eating late afternoon is my way out... can anybody help me find ways to distract myself from overeating after 3pm?

I just found this site and so far I'm liking it. I have a 13 month old son. I gained 87 lbs while I was pregnant. Now I'm working to get all of that off. Running after him sure helps out. :)
