I challenge you starting today to do a 12 week challenge I myself will start it.
I want to see how much you can lose from 1200 calories a day of healthy food choices and 30 minutes of exercise 7 days a week!

Anyone up for it?

Just respond with your stats, and start day to end day!
Before pictures would be optimal as well!

Start date:November 16th 2011
The last day of my challenge: February 8th

HI Missjane... I had the same problem. My results were slow. I started on Herbalife. Its natural and it actually gave me energy and curb'd that appetite so I wouldn't over eat. I was a big snacker. After 3 kids its easy to munch like that.

I desperately need to lose 10 kg. The thing is, I tend to overeat after 3pm. I am a teacher so I am quite busy and easily stressed. Eating late afternoon is my way out... can anybody help me find ways to distract myself from overeating after 3pm?

I just found this site and so far I'm liking it. I have a 13 month old son. I gained 87 lbs while I was pregnant. Now I'm working to get all of that off. Running after him sure helps out. :)

I'm new here, just joined today. Am trying to figure out how the site works from my iPhone. DS is 18 months and I've got 30 lbs to lose. (sigh) He is still breastfeeding twice a day (soon to be weaned) and I've really had enough of this extra weight!
