Hello
I am new to being brave enough to blog about my weight. I hate to get dressed in the morning to go to work. I hate to see myself in the mirror. I am tired of trying to lose weight and receiving little gains.
I have a 16 month hold and a 3 year old. I don't know whose weight I am carrying around, but it is one of theirs. I need/want to lose 40 pounds. I am also a diabetes risk and am petrified.

I need support and guidance.

I am brand new to extrapounds.com and also have a little boy who is 11 months this month. I have lost about 42lbs so far and am stuck for the last three months. WW help me get motivated again and right now I am doing the "3 day" diet and am loosing 5lbs a week!!

I am in the same boat as you as not liking what i see in the mirror, but I know that if I continue to work at it, it will SLOWLY come off.

Has anyone ever tried billy blanks workouts? I just started and hope it makes a difference.

I gained ten pounds since my second child and I can't seem to lose it no matter how I try to improve my diet. I just started exercising again so I hope I see a difference soon.

I have five more weeks to go and then I will be heading this way! I'm not breastfeeding, so I'm hoping that will let me get on track faster. I originally lost 83 lbs. with Jenny Craig and I'm going back!
