Before i had my son i weighed between 145 and 150 and by the day i delievered i was a big 185....Now my son is 3 months and im down to 152 and its very easy for me....I drink only water i eat 2 times a day and its nothing but healthy food and one day a week mostly a weekend day i throw my body off and eat a regualar meal....it can be fastfood or a big home cooked meal either or i think its ok to cheat once a week and threw the week i go on a exersise bike for 10-20 mins and im doing just great with that. I hope to get to 140 before may 1st!!!!!!!

well 1st pregnancy i wheighed 140 to 145 and got up to 222 got back down to 159 but gained more wheight this past year and got up to 196 than i found out in july i was prego im due on march 28th but i wheigh again a whopping 220 we go to the beach in july all of my inlaws are going and i want to look good so im going to have to lose all this wheight in three months so i'm going to have to work really hard....but i use to do that i did slimfast and smartones or lean quisine ate twice a day took phentermine walked on tread mill also did a work out video and also extra cleaned my house and lost alot of wheight so i'm hoping with a new born a three year old a puppy and lots of work out side and inside to be done i can get to my goal wheight... plus walking on tread mill for 30 mins in morning and 30 mins at night and doing a total body work out video and plus my side work out's like working my abs my legs buts and arms i can get there let's just cross are fingers that i don't get burn out....wish me luck and good luck to you to hunny lets keep eachother motivated and updated with new exercises and i think we can do it well i know you can lol your already so close to your goal......

My baby is 5 months old and I have not been able to lose any of it. I have been going to the gym every day. My doctor finally put me on phentarmine yesterday. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this will help me. I have never weighed over 150 pounds and now I am tippin the scales at 229. I hate it. She has also restricted me to 1200 calories a day. So combined with that, the pills, and the gym hopefully it will come off fairly fast.

well i just had a baby 6wks ago and I went to my check up yesterday and he put me on the pill because i have to get this weight off i feel bad and look bad in my eyes. i just hope this works fo me. What is the first step though?

I was 130 when I got pregnant in Aug 06. I miscarried, ended up gaining weight and got pregnant again with my son 3 mo later in Nov 06 and weighted 138. I topped off my weight at 184 right before I delivered my son. Yikes! I dropped down to 158 no problem (that inital baby just falls off, and I definatly do not count it as MY success) But at that point, I had to start dieting & exercising.

I now weigh 137 and falling! I signed up to run a race to keep me motivated to hit the gym, found a yoga class I fell in love with and planned a beach vacation I have to look smokin' for! :-) I reward my self with new clothes when I hit mini milestones. I personally have to maintain my metabolism by eating at least 3 meals a day, but they are very small portioned and low calorie. I'm not going to lie, I'm not always full or satisfied, but nothing taste as good as being thin feels!

So did you make your goal?!?! I know you said you wanted to me 140 by May 1st! Can't wait to hear how it's going!! So helpful to be doing all together!!

I got from 185 (just after delivering the baby) to 150 in 3 months as well. But, but, I usually, normally weigh around 119lbs. So this is too much for me. My bones are not that thin and I look ridiculous like this. But still, after gaining that much weight with the baby, this seems like heaven =]. And ForMyMarine, wow, 134, congrats. I wish to get there as soon as I can. So maybe I should set my first goal to 134. I guess I can do that, say, in 2 months. Running might have helped but I cant run at all =[. So I ll stick with walking with the baby thing. But summer is coming =] I can also swim then which might help as well. And yoga with the baby from time to time might also be helpful. Looking forward to get down there. Good luck ladies. We ll all do it, I am sure.

thereUgo - thanks!! I too am usually smaller. My body like to be around 125, and I'd be very happy with that. While my hubby is deployed, I'd like to drop down to the 118 range, which I've made my ultimate goal. Focusing on losing that weight while he's gone should help pass the time for me. I don't think I'd realistically maintain 118 well, (a girl's gotta live a little!) but I know 125 is completely doable for me. Unfortualy, with eash baby, 125 is looking weirder and weirder on me! lol. It's not the same 125 I remember, huh?! lol! C'est la vive!

I am sure you ll do it ForMyMarine, and I am sure u ll look fantastic cause you are running as well. I haven't changed much since the last weigh in. I guess I should start to diet soon. Ohh I was so happy loosing weight without doing anything. I guess those days are over... Well Anyway, Monday is a good start, ugh? Diets always start tomorrow at least =p

Thanks thereUgo. You're a great motivater! My scale hasn't budged either. I couple of vacations later, I'm feeling pretty bloated. Ugh! Time to get back on track. It's not as bad falling off the band wagon whe you can see if comming, but jumping back on taked a little bit of courage and moto....and my husband dropping 6 lbs was just the trick. Can you say, jealous?! How dare he look smokin' hot without me! Gotta get there too. I want to be "that" couple on the beach together! Woo hoo! Bye bye yummy food...hello yummy body!

I gained ten pounds since my second child and I can't seem to lose it no matter how I try to improve my diet. I just started exercising again so I hope I see a difference soon.

I have five more weeks to go and then I will be heading this way! I'm not breastfeeding, so I'm hoping that will let me get on track faster. I originally lost 83 lbs. with Jenny Craig and I'm going back!
