Hello ladies. :) I was just wondering how everyone's doing!

We just got done with a move (just across town, but sometimes those are the worst) so I took almost a month off my diet & exercise plan. The good news is that I still lost a couple pounds, even doing nothing special and eating a TON. Yay for breastfeeding, I'm nursing this kid till he goes off to college! I'm ready to get back on track now though- and I'm only 20 lb from my goal weight! WOO HOO!

How bout ya'll? Everyone stickin to it? Anyone got any good diet tips? Any good low-fat recipes?

Hey! Good for you! Yuck...moving stinks! I've moved 5 times in the last 5 years (Go Marine Corps!) so I know how stressful it can be, but I bet your happy that in the end, there's no weight gain to face! By the way, that's damn miracle! I don't know how you did that with all the eating out you do while moving! Congrats!!

Man, I wished bfing worked that way for me! I never lost any weight until I stopped bfing! I was always so hungry! No fair!

I'm at a stand still with weight loss. None in the past 3 weeks. :( I guess I'm happy there's no gain, but between illnesses (mine and the kids) and visitors, I haven't been able to put my nose to the grindstone like I'd want to. It's ok though, I'm not disscouraged, just optimistic that I'm going to have a big week this week! Man, I'm dying to see those numbers move!

No real good tips from me, but I will tell you I did some yoga, and I forgot what a total butt kicker it can be!! Man, I was dripping! If you can find the right one for you, it's awesome!

Man, I used "man" alot! Man!

I'm doing okay. My lil one is 2 weeks old, and I started watching my food intake a week ago. I've lost 7.5 lbs in that week, but I have 4.5 baby lbs left (out of 25)

Holy Crap Jackie, I was still swollen and try to flush the fluids all my hormones made me retain at 2 weeks PP. Sounds like your doing ok just watching what you eat, but allow your body to recoop before diving to quickly into dieting. Your hormones are still settling down. Cut yourself some slack girl. :) It took over 9 months to put that weight on, if only I wasn't so impatient with taking it off!

(FYI - I gave birth to an 8 lb 8oz baby and come home only weighing 4 lbs lighter then going into labor! Talk about craziness with the hormones and water weight! No fair. He he!)

Good Luck & Congrats!!

That is awesome, Jackie! I'm jealous that you only gained 25 lbs.... haha! I gained 60 with each pregnancy. I lost it after my DD though, and I'm well on my way to losing it again! I loved that first 2 weeks, I think I was down about 20 lbs by 2 weeks, thanks to losing the water weight.

Thanks guys!
I'm not *limiting* how much I eat, just WHAT I eat. For instance, I cut out the Sonic Icecream Blasts. *blush* LOL
I'm down to 3lbs to go right now. What on earth am I going to do once the weight isn't coming off on it's own anymore? LOL

I gained ten pounds since my second child and I can't seem to lose it no matter how I try to improve my diet. I just started exercising again so I hope I see a difference soon.

I have five more weeks to go and then I will be heading this way! I'm not breastfeeding, so I'm hoping that will let me get on track faster. I originally lost 83 lbs. with Jenny Craig and I'm going back!
