Hey everyone!  My name is Joy.  I am new here and wanted to introduce myself.  I am a wife and a mom of 5, my oldest is 21 my youngest is 6.  To many, I appear "skinny", but I just know how to hide the flab well....LOL.  I am bound and determined to find my abs (I know they're here somewhere), lose my handles and get rid of my grandma's flabby arms, that I apparently inherited.  I do walk 20 minutes, 5 times a week...but I don't eat very well and at my age, my body seems to want to hold on to every fat cell it can.  :(

Looking forward to connecting with others here!

Blessings,

Joy

good afternoon joymarino,

I too am a mother of 5. well i gave birth to 2 wonderful children and i am a step mom of 3, to whom they live with me and my fiance so i consider them all mine :). everyone thinks im crazy but i love all of them the same and we all get along just like a big happy, chaotic family! thier ages are 2, 6,8,11 and 13. i am 25 years old and lost 89 pds.....people also tell me that i looked great the way i am and how much more am i going to loose. i dont know if they are right? or if they are just plain being mean but my goal is to 135 like i once ways before i had my son. see i think i look good from the views of others, but without clothes.....YIKES! i have the nasty hanging skin on my belly and stretch marks galoor! i work out almost everyday and constantly active! if i go longer than a week without eating right or working out i feel huge! i was thinking about taking phentermine to loose the excessive weight that i want but im not sure? what do u think?? hope to hear back ;)

Hi Joy!

You sound a lot like me!  I have 4 kids, 22, 21,15 & 12.  The oldest just got married and that 15lbs I wanted to lose for that wedding didn't happen.  Got a spandex body-shaper instead. HA!  My 2nd is getting married next June, and I'd like to take that 15 lbs off, but I just can't seem to get motivated, so I thought I'd try a support group. I may look fairly thin, but the last year or so, I just wear baggier clothes. I am the general manager of 2 convenience stores, and can't seem to stay out of the chips and chocolate, either.  I used to walk 5 times a week, but recently, I'm having issues just getting off the couch at night.

Take care,

Tricia

If you are looking for something to boost your motivation to looking and feeling great? A body wrap that you can do at home that does not remove water weight. It really works. Message me or visit my website. http://kristinbrodhagen.myitworks.com
