How are all the mamas doing this week?

Do you weigh in normaly on a specific day? DId you gain or lose this week?

~I'm doing great so far this week. Not really doing anything, so I feel kinda silly saying that! I don't weigh in on a specific day. I try to weigh in once a week to see where I'm at. I've been at the same weight since I had my son. Haven't lossed any, but the good side of this is that I haven't gained either ;) I hope everyone is doing great!!

Lets see i weigh in on Wednesday or Monday usually. I am down from 208 to 206 today so that is encouraging. I get easily frustrated with myself cause i tend to sabatoge my own efforts with emotional eating.

Yup I do to. Eating wrong really is a bad habit. You have to treat it as such and realize that habits take time to break. It's almost addicting like a drug. If you're a fast food junkie like we are than you really have to work at it. It's so hard when my dd says she wants mcdonalds and dh wants to take her. We go thru the drive thru and I look at that menu and I'm like "UGH!". I usualy look for something low fat lol or try! Good luck this week!
