So we all know you have to nurture yourself if you want to nuture others (family).  I'm wondering ways mom's on this site find time to do this and what they like to do?
For me I jog but this feels like work.  I would like to learn to enjoy other less stressful things maybe after the jog.

I think you could try dancing, at home, in your room. It does not matter the way you do it. For example after having lunched with your children just put some music you like on and move your body for at least 15 mins. they can do it with you.!
