1. Bike riding is my favorite cardio. All kinds. Spinning class, Extreme biking, and the trails outside. They all work GREAT for me!! (outside is my favorite)

2. Turbo Jam for my stomach seems to make me the most sore.

3. Doing squats, and walking lunges with free-weights is something that can make me sore for 2-3 days!!!

I will share something that changed my cardio workouts completely. I found a cardio coach, and downloaded it to my IPOD. www.cardiocoach.com SO HAPPY I FOUND MY COACH!!!!

I struggle with upper body. Any suggestions?

I love home aerobics, I have about 5 dvds but I only use my Jane Fonda workout and the firm aerobics. they are both 80's style but god I love them, I see quick and great results with my Jane Fonda and love the workout too.

I find walking tones my bum better and used to enjoy rebounder (mini trampoline classes) that were brilliant and not too difficult but I can't commit to them anymore.

Hope this helps others!

I do....
swimming: 1/4 mile twice a week, full mile once a week (challenging, and personally rewarding)
my cross-trainer: try to do 30 min a day to beat stress/frustration/moods (find this is best)
walking with a girlfriend: once a week for an hour (meets a social need too)
soccer: indoor, once a week with other moms (I'm not really good, but it's interesting)
running: just starting, goal is to run once a week and do a 5k race once a month.

I find I need to mix it up a lot in order to keep me interested and work my body in different ways.  They all have different advantages and disadvantages.  Walks with friends aren't as physical, but it's being active while getting social needs met.  Soccer is only once a week, but it's fun activity as opposed to working out for the sake of working out.  Swimming gives me a goal to work towards and is something that interests me.  And my cross-trainer keeps me sane.  When I'm on it reguarly i'm in a great mood because i've burned off any stress or frustration or negitivity.  When I haven't been using it, I notice, as does everyone else I'm sure!

Swimming. I do 2 miles and a half a day.
I did treadmill before and lost 5 inches from my thighs.
But most of my 57 lbs came out in the water.
